Primitive Scarecrow....Curly Raffia Hair

Here he is completed.....my first (and probably only) scarecrow measures just under 26 inches, he's made from stained muslin, dressed in a flannel shirt and blue jeans!

Working on some new dolls.....

Working on 4 new dolls.....they have round heads, the 1st one has a completely stitched face, he'll be a scarecrow. I haven't decided what to do with the other 3 yet.  I used acrylic paints and pastels on their faces and blushed their cheeks.....their faces have been sprayed with a matte sealer.  I used a pattern from Sweet Meadows Farm.
